## ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the BUYER's property belonging to the SELLER. www.theglows.com.tr It is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically via the website, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in this regard.

## ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 BUYER accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the contractual product and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2 The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product, which is the subject of the contract, to the delivery address specified by the BUYER, in accordance with the requested qualifications, warranty documents, user manuals and, if any, legal requirements.
4.3 The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the specified address within the period promised by the SELLER, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence.
4.4 The SELLER shall fully and completely fulfill its obligations arising from the contract.
## ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the contractual product without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.
## ARTICLE 6: COMPETENT COURT
ISTANBUL courts and enforcement offices are authorized in disputes arising from this contract.
## ARTICLE 7: COMPETENT COURT
In what cases cannot the right of withdrawal be exercised in distance contracts?
The main examples of goods and services for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are listed below:
Goods such as gold and jewelry, whose prices vary depending on market fluctuations and are not under the seller's control,
Goods prepared in line with special requests and needs,
Goods that are perishable or expired, such as flowers and cakes,
Goods that are not suitable for health and hygiene, such as underwear and earrings, provided that protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, and package have been opened,
Goods with digital content such as CDs and DVDs, computer consumables such as toner, cartridges and books, provided that protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals and packages are opened after delivery of the goods.
Periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement,
Such as hotel reservations, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and engagement and wedding organization that must be made on a specific date or period. Contracts relating to the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreational purposes,

Products (perfume, underwear, swimsuits, cosmetics, cosmetic products, headphones, epilators, shavers, etc., whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons) cannot be returned due to legal regulations.

## ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are informed about the basic qualities, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product subject to the contract and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2 The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product subject to the contract to the delivery address specified by the BUYER, in full, in accordance with the requested qualities, along with warranty documents, user manuals, and in compliance with legal requirements, if any.
4.3 The product subject to the contract will be delivered by the SELLER within the promised period depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated.
4.4 The SELLER will fully and completely fulfill the obligations arising from the contract.
## ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving the product subject to the contract, without assuming any legal and penal responsibility and without stating any reason.
## ARTICLE 6: AUTHORIZED COURT
In case of disputes arising from this contract, the courts and execution offices of İSTANBUL are authorized.
